2. Terms of Service (T&C)
1. Virtual Access License
When you purchase a tour, you are buying a limited license to view the content. You may not record, download, or redistribute the tour footage without written permission.
2. Refund Policy
Self-Guided Tours: Since access is instant, we typically do not offer refunds once the “Magic Link” has been clicked.
Live Guided Tours: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Technical Requirements
We provide high-definition 360° content. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended for 4K viewing).
